When it is time for drying, we use a proprietary system that culminates with the final stage of drying taking part in a custom-engineered, temperature-controlled drying room that eliminates the potential growth of mold or bacteria.

After drying, fringes are re-checked and the rug is inspected for any necessary repairs or requests according to the customer’s needs. A final inspection takes place in which the rug is photographed and another round of automatic pressure-controlled brushing gives it another grooming! It is packed with care and ready for the trip home.
