• Comment: I brought two smaller rugs for cleaning. The owner talks me into getting the smaller one fixed..the fray was gone and bottom starting to go. The explanation of why to do it and how precious my rug was, was very passionate. Places like these always put me off because when you know nothing of the subject, you have to put total trust in them. They are my late husband's family rugs. He knew about rugs. It's only been three years since he is gone so it was also emotional for me. I felt vulnerable and did not want to be taken advantage of. As soon as I walked in I got a good vibe of the place and the owner was friendly, warm and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease and trusting. They came back looking great and the work they did on the old one, over 100 years old, was amazing. Brought it back to life but it looks natural, not like it was "fixed." I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.
