• Comment: Jafri was a lifesaver repairing an older expensive rug that was part of a set when it was pulled & damaged by cat nails. They picked up the rug the following day & repairs took a bit over two weeks. I was delighted that the end charges came in lower than the initial estimate per the emailed photos of the damaged rug. I appreciate their honest business practices & they also included a rug pad free of charge. I will utilize their services again without reservation & highly recommend them to anyone looking to restore their irreplaceable rugs!
